CONFERENCE
The AAVFD Conference is held annually. The conference gives fire departments throughout the state a chance to participate in
the fire fighter competitions, attend the banquet where awards are given out and to hear guest speakers. Equipment vendors
are also present at the conference promoting the new equipment available for fire departments.
Our next conference will be in June of 2027 at the Alabama Fire College in Tuscaloosa, AL. This will be the AAVFD's "50th"
Annual Conference. More information will be announced at a later date.
